Free Online Info Session: “Department of Architecture 2020 Virtual End of Year Exhibition”, on Friday 26 June, 20:00-21:30.

In this online info session, the Department of Architecture will officially launch its first ever Virtual End of Year Exhibition.

The End of Year Exhibition is the most important and anticipated annual event of the department. The exhibition takes place in the bespoke premises of the department, the Architecture Research Centre (ARC).

Since the exhibition could not take place at ARC this year, due to the current social and physical challenges imposed by the pandemic, the department has innovatively responded by setting up a virtual exhibition space to host the 2019-2020 work. A brief introduction by faculty will allow participants to experience the vibrant events, activities and creative output of the department and provide an insight into the architecture and interior design programmes.

Following the official launch of the exhibition, participants will be invited to embark on a virtual journey by accessing an online duplicate of the ARC building and navigating the 2020 Virtual End of Year Exhibition.

The online seminar is free and open to all, but it is aimed primarily at gymnasium and high school students, university students as well as industry professionals.
