Job Vacancy - Graduate Facade Site Manager
Company has a requirement for a graduate façade site manager to be based in high-end project in Limassol and monitor the progress of the project.

Position: Graduate Façade Site Manager - Limassol
Requirements:
- looking for a friendly# team player to join our team
- To be eligible for ETEK graduate programme or ANAD
- Knowledge of façade materials, methods of manufacture and installation will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge on the following software:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office (excel)
- Degree level or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Attend design and site progress meetings, produce minute and track/conclude actions
- Collaborate with the package quantity surveyor for package cost control
- Conduct Day-to-day liaison with the design team and specialist contractor team for all design, production and installation matters.
- Carry out off-site and on-site inspections to assess production status, ensure quality of manufacturing and installation including testing and benchmarking, relevant reporting
- Coordinate and monitor all package site activities, in partnership with other package managers and with due consideration to other packages
- Track progress vs. package programme, identify and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
