SITE ENGINEERS
Cybarco Contracting Ltd a leading company in the construction industry and proud member of the Lanitis Group, has been shaping Cyprus since 1945. Our vision has inspired and delivered many of the island’s major infrastructure and landmark developments, including Trilogy Limassol Seafront, Sea Gallery Villas, Akamas Bay Villas, Limassol Greens, The Oval, Limassol Marina.
We are currently looking to recruit high calibre SITE ENGINEERS.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study the contract documents and all other documents related to the contract.
- Make the necessary arrangements for the site establishment.
- The administration of the labour, materials, machinery & equipment, and other resources in such a way that secures the conformity with the contract conditions.
- Prepare the materials schedules.
- Programme the works in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Comply with the specified quoted standards on materials and workmanship.
- Minimize the costs through proper management and innovation.
- Execute the works in accordance with the provisions of the contract
- Ensure and be responsible for the execution of the site Health, Safety and Environmental plan.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field from a recognised university
- Member of ETEK
- Working experience in construction of at least 5 years.
- Computer literacy
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
