Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

Essential

Degree in Architecture recognised in Cyprus and registration with ΕΤΕΚ as an Architect.
At least 5 years' post-qualification experience, of which at least 3 on site in a supervision or resident role on building projects of comparable size.
Working knowledge of the ΣΕΑΚ / ΜΕΔΣΚ / ΕΤΕΚ standard form of building contract and of the way instructions, variations, certificates and claims work under it.
Solid knowledge of building construction, materials and workmanship standards, and the ability to read and check structural and MEP drawings alongside the architectural ones.
Good knowledge of the Cyprus permitting framework (Streets and Buildings Regulation Law, Town Planning, building permit conditions, Certificate of Final Approval) and of site health and safety law.
Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken. Reports, minutes and correspondence must be clear in both.
Confident with AutoCAD or Revit for checking drawings, and with Word, Excel and a site diary / photo app. Comfortable with MS Project or similar for reading the programme.
Driving licence and willingness to be based at the site for the whole project.

Desirable

Experience with public works contracts and with FIDIC forms.
Experience with high-end residential, mixed-use or educational buildings.
Training in health and safety for construction sites (e.g. Safety Coordinator course).
