Registration Requirements

Access to and browsing of the events posted on our application or website is carried out through the data that ETEK maintains for its members in the context of its law. By using our website, you declare that you will not use the application or our website in a way that violates any law or regulation. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

User’s responsibility

Each User is free to use the application and the website in accordance with the Law and good morals. The responsibility for the content of the transactions belongs exclusively to the User. The Chamber does not exercise any type of correction or intervention of the data transferred by the User. The User must correctly and accurately fill in the fields included in the relevant forms. The use of the application or the website or the eShop is subject to Cypriot, European and International laws and the User agrees not to use the application or our website or our eShop in order to violate these laws. In the context of the above, the User agrees and undertakes not to use the ETEK application or website for:

• 1. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting in other ways any content that is illegal for any reason, causes illegal insult and harm to the Chamber or any third party or violates the confidentiality or privacy of information of any person,
• 2. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting in other ways any content that offends users' morals, social values, etc.
• 3. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting in other ways any content for which Users do not have the right to transmit according to the law or applicable contracts
• 4. sending, posting, sending by email or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party;
• 5. sending, posting, sending by e-mail or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or impair the operation of equipment any computer software or hardware;
• 6. intentional or unintentional violation of applicable laws or regulations
• 7. harassing third parties in any way,
• 8. collecting or storing personal data about other Users.

Furthermore, the User agrees that the Chamber is not responsible for anything arising from third party members using the application or the website or ETEK eShop. Any use contrary to the above, in addition to the possible civil or other penalties, may additionally result in the termination of the services provided without any prior notice.

Prices

All prices include the statutory application of VAT, in accordance with current VAT legislation. The prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payments

Please note that you will never be asked for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other financial information. All payments are made by credit card using the secure checkout gateway from JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

Prepayment and Cancellation

In the case of prepayment and cancellation, the Chamber’s permanent policies apply, depending on the type of product.
