Virtual Workshops "benefits of using Sentinels data in public administrations to support the management of roads infrastructure, forests and water quality"
The SeBS team is inviting representatives from European public administrations to explore the benefits derived from the use of Copernicus Sentinels data in three sector-focused (virtual) workshops are planned to help understand how Sentinel data are being used in products and services to support respectively the management of road infrastructure, forests and water quality in countries across Europe. The workshops will build upon existing cases already analysed under the Sentinel Benefits Study (SeBS) in each of these topic areas. More details.
Who?
Representatives from public administrations delivering services in any of the subject domains are invited, including those with no previous experience with use of Sentinel-derived services. Please feel free to pass this on to colleagues who may be interested.
Why?
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from colleagues in different countries how Copernicus Sentinels data are being used to e.g. support relevant EU Directives, and about the associated challenges and benefits. They will have the opportunity to present their own experience and be showcased in forthcoming SeBS analyses reports.
