VITAEL Cyprus Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil Engineer) with strong skills in supervising construction projects on-site. Experience in quantity surveying is a plus. The candidate will join our team in Limassol.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects on-site, ensuring compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
- Direct, monitor, and control the activities of Civil/Architectural Subcontractors.
- Ensure site safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate site development activities and liaise with project teams.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred Quantity Surveying Skills:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for civil/architectural works.
- Support the preparation of Bid Documents and tender processes.
- Help determine project costs by calculating labor, materials, and related expenses.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent Command of English, both written and spoken.
- Site development and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- CAD and AutoCAD proficiency.
- Knowledge of tender preparation is preferred.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of engineering.
