CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR ARCHITECTS

Support Consultant
Join the system support team of a large scale, mission critical information technology system of a public organization and be responsible for the provision of user support services related with town planning processes.
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and email assistance to users and guidance on system usage.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries.
  • Support and transfer system knowledge to users.
  • Provide timely information/advice regarding upcoming updates/upgrades.
  • Execute system testing and confirm its quality.
  • Update the User Manual and/or Administrator Manual.
  • Keep the system in normal operation.
  • Support users with business requirements.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a field related to Architecture, Construction, Planning or Civil Engineering.
  • Understanding of the town planning processes will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience within a help desk or customer service role will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek.
