CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR ARCHITECTS
Support Consultant
Join the system support team of a large scale, mission critical information technology system of a public organization and be responsible for the provision of user support services related with town planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and email assistance to users and guidance on system usage.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries.
- Support and transfer system knowledge to users.
- Provide timely information/advice regarding upcoming updates/upgrades.
- Execute system testing and confirm its quality.
- Update the User Manual and/or Administrator Manual.
- Keep the system in normal operation.
- Support users with business requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree in a field related to Architecture, Construction, Planning or Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of the town planning processes will be considered an advantage.
- Experience within a help desk or customer service role will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek.

- Ability to consistently meet project deadlines and SLA requirements.
