Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Creativity and an open-minded approach to tackling design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings and present design concepts for review.
Assist in developing construction plans that outline the building's appearance and details.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and planning standards.
Implement modifications as needed throughout the design and planning process.
Collaborate with project teams to support architectural projects from start to finish.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία*:

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Plumbing or a related technical field.
Previous sales experience in plumbing, heating, or water infrastructure systems is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic systems and local construction practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional fluency in Greek and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools.
Based in Limassol or willing to cover clients in the broader Limassol district.

As a Sales Engineer, you will:

Promote and sell plumbing, water supply, and heating system solutions to mechanical engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Handle B2B client relationships across Limassol and the surrounding region.
Provide technical consultation and support to ensure proper system selection and installation.
Prepare and follow up on technical offers, costings, and tenders.
Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
Participate in technical meetings and product demonstrations.
