Job Title: Site Engineer (Construction Project)
A construction development company Leus Development is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to join our team for a project Visionnaire Residences located in Limassol, Germasogeia area.
Role Objective:
To ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with project documentation, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Daily supervision and control of construction works on site Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and standards Technical support and coordination of construction activities Monitoring construction quality and ensuring high standards are maintained Calculation and control of concrete and reinforcement (rebar) quantities Maintain and manage site documentation (as-built / execution
documentation)
Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and foremen Participate in setting out and basic surveying control Inspect materials and workmanship quality Participate in acceptance of construction stages Identify and resolve technical issues on site Ensure all works are executed according to the approved project
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation Knowledge of construction standards and regulations Understanding of construction methods and technologies Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
