VACANCY: Technical Manager / Site Supervisor/ architect or/ civil engineer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment: Full-time
Our company is seeking a qualified professional to take on the role of Technical Manager / Site Supervisor
This role requires a reliable and experienced person capable of supervising construction works and ensuring compliance with technical, legal and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure correct execution of works
- Monitor progress, quality and timelines for small-to-medium scale projects
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Report site progress and challenges to management
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus construction regulations
- Liaise with suppliers, authorities and project stakeholders
- Required Qualifications (one of the following)
Applicant must have proven experience in completed building or civil engineering projects through employer reference letters, certificates or project records.
Additional Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of construction methods
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site decisions
- Good communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage on-site challenges
- Valid driver’s license
