Description:

We need dedicated people to join our team as we continue to diversify and grow our brand even further. As a Civil & Structural Engineer you will be required to review architectural drawings and specifications, plan and design small to medium sized projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Structural Design & Analysis (FESPA & ETABS)

• Preparation of final design drawings and necessary documents for the Construction permission submission

• Measurements and preparations of bills of quantities and estimates for a project

• Study drawings and specifications, identify problems/areas for clarification, and ensure that formers and subcontractors involved are sufficiently informed

• Prepare construction agreements & payment terms

• Collaborate with the Project Manager, the Architects and the consultants for the effective supervision of the works

• Receive and review all payment certificates and submit final payments requests

• Preparation of monthly valuations, liaison with clients, contractors and sub-contractors on works executed

• Order materials & track consumption per project

• Preparation of end of project reports regarding final total cost to initial budgets

• Handle any other relevant to Civil Engineer duties and responsibilities relevant to the project (Construction site registry and Health & Safety, CAR insurance)

Necessary Requirements & Skills:

• University degree in Civil engineering

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Good planning, organizational, leading and problem-solving skills. Must be analytical and have attention to detail

• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.

• A good level of IT literacy - including use of standard MS Office applications

• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English & Greek)
