The Project

Demolition and addition of units to an existing building in central of Limassol, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work with engineer/architect to determine the specifications of the project

• Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications

• Overall supervision and responsibility for the timely and efficient execution of the Works under his supervision.

• Holding meetings with engineer/architect/contractor exe to solve all issues concerning the project

• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

• Oversee delivery and commissioning

• Monitor and enforce compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

• Management of construction operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget, Planning and scheduling and quality constraints

• Providing technical advice and solving problems onsite

Requirements for the position:

• 10 years’ experience in the construction industry as Project Manager and /or Contractor

• understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

• Fluent in English

• communication and organization skill
