Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

• Acquiring a related bachelor’s degree

• At least 3 years related experience

• Organizational and management skills

• Ability to inspect properties, and interpret market research

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Appraisal methodology knowledge

• Excellent oral and written communication in Greek and English

• Accountability, teamwork and productivity under strict time schedules

• Strong computer skills (MS Office and especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Competitive salary, 13^th salary, 8:30-5:30 with lunch break

Position’s duties and responsibilities

• Evaluation of properties to establish market values and property ratings

• On site visits and inspecting property

• Examine all variables that impact property’s present or future value, estimate the value of a property based on its intended use, market value and characteristics.

• Staying up to date with the real estate market

• Preparation of property valuation reports

• On – site property inspections

• Market research and analysis

• Advising
