We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, independent and solution-driven individual to support us in the implementation of EU funded projects, in particular Coordination and Support Actions in the aviation & space domains.
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proposal preparation and implementation of EU funded projects in the aviation and space domains.
• Formulation of reports, deliverables, strategic recommendations (in English).
• Elaboration and execution of tailored communication and dissemination strategies in Horizon Europe projects.
• Content creation of printed and digital communication material, projects’ websites and social media pages.
• Day-to-day communication and e-mail exchanges with professionals Europe-wide (in English).
• Participation in meetings (virtual and physical), including the preparation and delivery of presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
• BSc/MSc Degree in Engineering or Political Sciences (or related disciplines).
• Previous experience on EU framework programmes (FP7, H2020 etc.) will be valuable.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent IT user skills (MS Office and other web-based tools including social media platforms).
• Great communicative (both oral and writing) skills in English.
• Availability and willingness to travel abroad for project meetings.
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, InDesign, or equivalent tools) and video edition skills will be considered a plus.
