T.I.S. (Total Integrated Services) Ltd is looking to hire an Account Engineer in Nicosia.

The post holder is expected to plan, supervise and control the routine maintenance and daily repairs of buildings, equipment and machinery at all business premises.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

•Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

•Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

•Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities according to the maintenance program

•Scheduling preventive maintenance for equipment and premises

•To attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs

•Recruitment, training and development of all team members

•Train key members from each store to attend the initial steps of maintenance problems

•Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs

•Liaising with suppliers and contractors for the delivery of maintenance and development works

•Maintain equipment and machinery inventory including relevant historical data

•Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation

•Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity

•Health & safety compliance with legal requirements

Candidate Profile:

•University degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering or relevant field

•Computer literacy

•Strong analytical skills

•Ability to handle various and complex issues

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language

•Organizational and administration skills

•0-3 years experience in similar work
